About Me
I'm a dedicated mental health professional experienced in working with teens, adults, couples, and families. I'm committed to providing compassionate and effective therapy services using an eclectic approach tailored to each client's unique needs. I have a Master's degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University with a concentration in Clinical Practice and a Bachelor's degree from Swarthmore College. ​​​

I'm currently accepting new clients with limited after schoool/evening appointments available. I see clients in person at River Grove Therapy in Old Town Alexandria. Virtual sessions for Virginia- and DC-based clients are also available.

Services

Individual Therapy
I provide support for individuals age 13 and up who are struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, and relationship issues using techniques drawn from cognitive behavioral therapy, IFS, EMDR, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and solution-focused therapy.

Couples Counseling
I work with couples to help them navigate life's challenges. In addition to advanced training from the Gottman Institute and the Relational Life Institute, I also employ IFS, EMDR, and psychodynamic psychotherapy to help couples achieve their goals. I welcome couples of all orientations.

Divorce & Parent Coaching
I provide coaching and guidance to clients dealing with divorce. I also offer support in creating parenting plans for parents going through a divorce.
